Bridges to Yorkshire Exhibition

This exhibition is to showcase what local people have created whilst on a course of learning with Doncaster Council’s Adult, Family and Community Learning Team.

The Adult Family and Community Learning Team (AFCL) provides opportunities for people in Doncaster to access learning and qualifications in a range of subjects, including Maths, English, ESOL (English as a second or other language) and Digital Skills.

AFCL also provides opportunities to help people to develop creative skills and improve their health and wellbeing. This work has been developed at venues across Doncaster and in partnership with Changing Lives – a community hub and women’s centre providing a base for a wide range of services aimed at supporting women and their children. The work was completed by AFCL learners attending courses in Wellness Journalling, Digital Photography and ESOL.
