 owers\, and create flowers using scraps of old fabrics.\n\nAll of the mate
 rials will be provided\, but if you have some fabric you would like to upc
 ycle feel free to bring it along. This workshop is free to attend for adul
 ts and families.\n\nThis event is free as it is part of the History Health
  Happiness programme that is funded by Arts Council England.\n\nYou can bo
